Settle Gauge provides station-receipt / settlement-helper information derived from publicly available National Weather Service (NWS) climate (CLI) and related public reports. It is intended to help users see what an official climate station reported for a given date.
Data is provided as-is. Parses can fail or lag. Preliminary CLI values can revise when final climate reports post. You must verify figures against the linked official NWS product URL before relying on them.
You are solely responsible for any trading or other decisions. Copper Wave LLC and operators of Settle Gauge are not liable for losses, missed settlements, parse errors, downtime, or third-party site changes (including NWS URL/format changes).
Free sample digests may be offered without an account. Paid tiers (e.g. Webhook, Pro), when offered, are billed through Stripe to Copper Wave LLC under the prices shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.
No scraping our paid APIs beyond your plan limits, no resale of feeds without written permission, no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt the service.
We collect email and billing details needed to deliver the service and process payment. We do not sell personal data. Stripe processes card data under Stripe’s terms.
We may change or discontinue the service with notice on the site. We may suspend accounts for abuse. Surviving sections: disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Venue: courts competent for Millard County / Utah as Copper Wave LLC directs.
